The 2024 Pennsylvania Leadership Conference will be from April 4 though April 6 at the Penn Harris Hotel in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

With your PLC2024 Registration you will receive a dinner (Friday night) and Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday. The convention center will have a Thursday and Friday lunch option available to purchase.

Commitment to health and safety
We are continuously monitoring and following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and local governments and health authorities in the countries in which we operate. This allows us to continue working towards providing the best service possible with the safety of our guests as one of our highest priorities.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols
In collaboration with a team of experts at SGS, a leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, we have reviewed our existing health and safety processes and developed the Radisson Hotels Americas Safety Protocol. This in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol was designed to ensure your safety and peace of mind from check-in to checkout. The 20-step protocol for hotels and 10-step protocol for meeting and event spaces has been introduced and recommended to all of our hotel locations worldwide. Each of our hotels has also been equipped with resources on how to handle suspected and confirmed cases of COVID-19 and lockdown procedures for quarantining purposes.

All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws.

Current regulations do not require screening or testing to take place.  This policy may change depending on the current status of COVID-19 infection rates.

The Pre-Dinner Reception is a private reception that incldues a meet and greet with the featured dinner speaker along with Hors d'oeuvre and drinks. Entry to the Pre-Dinner Reception requires a seperate registration.

For security and also current COVID safety protocols we require all attendees including press to be credentialed for the event.

After you request a media pass a PLC Staff member will review the request, if you are an accrediated and approved media organization you will receive a second email from Eventbrite stating you made it off the waitlist. You must claim your spot to receive the ticket confirmation.

Yes, depending on when you arrive you will be required to wait at the registration table until your credentials can be confirmed by a staff member. We ask you to pre-register at which point you can check yourself in and a nametag will be provided to you.
